Hi, I'm Kiana.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Nutrition Coach who specializes in helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies through supportive, structured strength training.

Many of the women I work with are beginners, busy professionals, or have dealt with joint pain, mobility limitations, or past injuries that made traditional workouts feel overwhelming or unsafe. My approach is different. I focus on proper movement mechanics, core stability, and progressive strength training so your body feels better because you train — not worse.

Every program I design is intentional, personalized, and built for long-term success. There are no extreme workouts, no pressure to “keep up,” and no quick-fix programs — just consistent coaching in a welcoming environment where you can build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and gain confidence in your body.

My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and create a fitness routine that truly fits your real life.

My mission is to help women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies through safe, supportive, and structured strength training. I provide a welcoming training environment where women can rebuild strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and develop sustainable habits without extreme workouts or burnout. Through intentional coaching, education, and progressive programming, I empower women to create long-term results that support their everyday lives.
