Hi, I'm Kiana.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Nutrition Coach who specializes in creating personalized training programs that fit YOUR schedule.

​I believe fitness should empower AND be effective, which is why I focus on creating flexible, personalized programs that meet you where you are. My training combines strength, conditioning, and mobility to help you feel stronger, balanced, and more flexible. Whether you’re a beginner or have years under your belt, each session is tailored to fit your goals and lifestyle.

 

I enjoy training in the late mornings, midday, and late evenings. I offer personal training, ensuring you get the attention and support you need, small group training that targets each muscle group twice a week with steady progression every week, and group fitness classes that offer variety.

Fitness isn’t just my job; it’s my way of life. When I’m not training clients, you can find me hiking, traveling, cruising, or spending time with my little family.
