Every session is programmed to help you burn fat, build muscle, and improve athletic performance, no matter your fitness level. It’s you vs. you in this energized, high-intensity class. Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients, the following policies apply: All payments for training sessions and class packs are non-refundable. However, in the event of accidents or unforeseen circumstances, a session or group fitness class can be credited to your account for future use. Sessions may be booked up to 28 days (4 weeks) in advance, with a minimum booking window of 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the session start time to avoid forfeiting that session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, as all sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ schedules. Even if you're running late, I encourage you to attend your session and make the most of the time you have left. We can do a lot in a short amount of time! For fully booked classes, a waitlist is available. If a spot opens, it will be held for 1 hour before being offered to the next client on the waitlist.
