Start with the Confidence Start

The Confidence Start is a guided introduction designed to help you experience the coaching, community, and training environment before committing to a program.

You’ll begin with a coaching session where we discuss your goals, training history, and what consistency could realistically look like for you.

​

From there, you’ll have 14 days of free access to personal training sessions and group fitness classes, allowing you to explore different training styles and begin building momentum.

About the Coaching

Training isn't about pushing through discomfort or chasing perfection.

My goal is to help women build strength, improve how they move, and develop confidence in their bodies through supportive coaching and consistent training.

Every session focuses on intentional movement, gradual progress, and creating an environment where women feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Strength training becomes less about doing everything perfectly and more about learning what your body is capable of over time.

I always looked forward to my workouts - it was never something I dreaded or ever tried to find an excuse not to go. This is because Kiana and I formed a friendship and not only did I get to work out, I also got to catch up and socialize with her! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. On top of that, she is also an incredibly focused trainer - she genuinely took my goals into consideration and the workouts felt very tailored to my needs. She has a wealth of knowledge and always applied that to helping me achieve my goals. Such an amazing experience!

If you train with Kiana, you’ll truly know what it means to be in a judgement-free zone. Not only that, but you’ll come to find that she is one of those people you can easily connect with. She has the background and is continually working on learning more so she can tailor your sessions to YOU. It makes it so much less overwhelming and helps you feel powerful and motivated. Sessions were made for my level of fitness and I didn’t always feel like I couldn’t accomplish something like I have at other group fitness classes. You won’t regret working with her.
