

What is the Confidence Start?
The Confidence Start is a two-week introduction to coaching and training designed to help you begin building strength and consistency in a supportive environment.

You’ll begin with a one-on-one coaching conversation where we discuss your goals, training history, and what consistency could realistically look like for you.
​
From there, you’ll receive 14 days of access to personal training sessions and group classes, giving you the opportunity to experience the coaching style, explore different sessions, and begin building momentum.
Your First Step: A Coaching Conversation
Before beginning the two-week experience, we start with a coaching conversation to learn more about you and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

During this conversation we may discuss:

injuries or movement concerns

your current routine and schedule

what consistency could look like for you

This helps ensure your first sessions feel supportive, intentional, and aligned with your goals.
