Build & Burn – Mon/Tues/Thurs at 11:30am and 8:15pm (no Tuesday evenings in July/August)
Fast & Furious – Fridays at 11:30am
Saturday Sweat – Some Saturdays at 11:30am

Drop-in sessions are $20. Perfect for popping in when your schedule allows.

Start with a Free Focus Session.

This is our time to chat about your goals, schedule, experience, and any injuries or preferences you may have.

From there, we’ll:​

  1. Set short-term and long-term goals

  2. Go through a movement assessment (nothing intimidating—just to see how your body moves)

  3. Match you with the right plan

  4. Find a training time that works for both our schedules.
