My work in Kiana’s mobility & stability class has helped me gain more single leg stability, improve my compound lifts, and better understand how to tune into how my body is feeling to target my warm ups accordingly. I understand how to meet my body where it is much better which has helped me recover from injuries and continue to improve the quality of my movements both in the gym and in daily life. Kiana makes training very approachable and really explains the purpose of each movement so you walk away not just with greater strength & mobility but knowledge as well!
